BC Forward is looking for IT Project Manager in Remote - TN

Position Title : IT Project Manager

Locations : Remote - TN

Anticipated Start Date : 11 / 10

Expected Duration : 12 Months

Job Type : Contract to Hire

Pay Rate $40.85 / hr. on W2

Need : A minimum of six (6) years of related experience, including at least two (2) years of general business experience focused on data analysis or planning, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Job Description :

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager who can independently manage multiple concurrent projects. This is not a Program Manager role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking project progress, coordinating test data, tracking hours, publishing updates, and adhering to Sedgwick's established processes.

Skills Required :

• Strong project management experience
• Hands-on project manager with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Self-starter and self-motivated professional with experience handling complex projects
• Experience working with the Waterfall methodology
• Background in BI / DW and / or Server / Database Upgrade Project Management
• Experience collaborating with various functional teams
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills
• Excellent documentation abilities
• Exceptional oral and written communication, including presentation skills
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

PRIMARY PURPOSE :

To develop and manage project assignments through completion; communicate results; make recommendations to management; and ensure process compliance and oversight.
