To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 8 years in business development, with a focus on the Small Business Administration, and a strong record of achievement. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential. We seek a candidate who makes data-driven decisions, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and fosters lasting relationships. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus. Additionally, at least 10 years of experience working with or for the Federal government is essential for this position.
