As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling residential locations to help create a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entrances, common areas, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted behavior and report any suspicious activity. Document and report all incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies. Support emergency response activities on the property as required and assist with evacuations or first aid situations, when appropriate. Maintain visibility throughout the location to help to deter potential incidents and provide reassurance to residents and staff. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
