Position Summary

The Pediatric Registered Dietitian II will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nutritional care for our inpatient population. This role includes evaluating medical, biochemical, and nutritional information, developing individualized care plans, and providing mentorship to dietetic technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nutritional care to inpatient populations.

Assess patient needs through medical, biochemical, and nutritional evaluations.

Develop and implement appropriate nutrition care plans.

Assist in supervising and supporting the daily work of dietetic technicians.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition

Experience with complex pediatric diagnoses / conditions is preferred

CNSC highly valued

Registered Dietitian (RD) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Current Massachusetts Dietitian license.

Strong analytical skills to address complex clinical challenges.

Effective communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Well-developed writing ability for documentation and communication.

Spanish language skills a plus.

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
