Key Responsibilities
Work directly with national prospective buyers to convert them into homeowners
Qualify inbound sales leads and provide feedback on market dynamics and buyer feedback
Prepare accurate forecasts and maintain a customer-centric approach while exceeding sales targets
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in new acquisitions sales or real estate sales
Track record of over-achieving sales targets
Experience working with Salesforce.com
BA or college degree preferred; real estate license or tour experience is a plus
Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work in a virtual environment
