Celestar Corporation is building a pipeline for an anticipated All-Source Analyst to support the Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC) Intelligence Directorate / Joint Intelligence Center Special Operations Command (JICSOC), located at HQ USSOCOM in Tampa, FL.
