Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and litigation, with a passion for helping clients navigate complex family issues, including divorce, adoption, and custody disputes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and adoption proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various family law matters.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in family law disputes.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in litigation as necessary.
• Work closely with clients during the intake process to assess their legal needs and develop effective case strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in family law and communicate relevant information to clients.
