Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Job Summary

We are hiring licensed therapists to deliver remote counseling services throughout California. This role offers flexibility, stability, and the chance to positively impact clients through structured therapy sessions.

Position Details

  • Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Salary : $115,000 – $120,000 annually
  • Full benefits package

Duties

  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
  • Design and monitor progress on treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in ongoing professional development

    • Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
  • Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
  • At least 2 years of experience in therapy
  • Strong telehealth communication skills
