  • IMMEDIATE REMOTE CALL CENTER REPRESENATIVE OPENING : $17 / HR
  • OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST WARRANTY SERVICES COMPANIES IN THE AREA
  • FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY, LONG TERM POSITION
  • EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
  • MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-6PM EASTERN TIME
  • $18 / HR
  • Qualifications :
  • 2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Responsibilities :
  • Emphasis is on general customer service for warranty plans, claims, credits, sales, and product registration.
  • Formulate business decisions based on information provided during the call.
  • Accurately document information within multiple database systems.
  • Adhere to KPI(s), as defined by the leadership team, to ensure you are meeting departmental expectations and quality assurance.
  • Act as a back-up to Outbound Contact Center Team, focusing on closing extended warranty sales and with the assistance of progressive calling.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
