Position Title : IT Help Desk Technician - Entry Level
Location : St. Paul
Payrate : $24.50 / hour

POSITION DESCRIPTION
This is a permanent position with a full-time schedule 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm for an IT Help Desk Technician
We will require an on-site Technician direct Supporting all end-users for the Charlotte and Saint Paul division. This position will be under the Director of IT.
Working FT 40 hours a week.
RESPONSIBILITES
Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets.
Deploy updates and security mitigations to office and remote machines.
Relocate team equipment as requested by the Operations team.
Assist users with account unlocks, password resets, and Outlook-related issues.
Deploy new or repurposed desktops / laptops upon approval.
Provide Day to Day support for the St. Paul and remote US users.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues on desktops and laptops.
Support VPN access using Forti Authenticator, including multi-factor authentication troubleshooting for remote users.
Assist users with VMWare access and troubleshooting within the VDI environment.
Submit service tickets to vendors for major production network printer issues.
Monitor toner levels for HP printers and restock supply closets as needed.
Respond to user requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
Escalate complex problems to Level 2 or Level 3 support.
Document issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
Assist with software installations and system access provisioning.
Provide guidance on IT policies and procedures.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
