We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Attorney with a strong background in wills, trusts, and asset protection strategies with some knowledge of probate and income tax strategies. The ideal candidate will bring at least three to five years of direct estate planning experience.
- Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.
- Manage Estate Planning Department workflow and advise paralegals and junior attorneys.
- Stay current with state and federal estate, tax, and probate laws to ensure compliance and best practice guidance.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Florida.
- 3-5 years of experience in estate planning law (wills, trusts, probate, and related areas).
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive client matters with discretion.
