Case Manager RN Compensation

The pay for this position is $35.95 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Case Manager RN Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Case Manager RN Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members’ needs and eligibility using clinical tools and data review

Evaluate member benefit plans and available internal / external services to determine case resolution approach

Apply criteria, guidelines, and case management plans to ensure appropriate administration of benefits

Utilize case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards

Promote optimal, cost-effective outcomes through planning, facilitation, and advocacy

Case Manager RN Requirements

RN with current unrestricted state licensure

Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience (hospital, home health, or ambulatory care)

Experience in healthcare and / or managed care industry

Proficiency in computer skills including navigating multiple systems and keyboarding

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Ability to perform sedentary work including extended periods of sitting, phone use, and computer work

High School Diploma or GED

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Case Manager RN Preferred Qualifications

Case Management Certification (CCM)

Case management experience

Familiarity with regulatory standards and productivity expectations in office environments
