Job Summary : As a Team Member at DWC, youll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by being cross-trained to work at multiple stations, including kitchen and front-of-house operations. Whether preparing high-quality food or providing friendly service at the register, youll contribute to smooth, efficient, and high-standard service that makes DWC a destination of choice.
Key Responsibilities : Food Preparation & Service : Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Learn and stay informed about menu items and limited-time offerings to prepare them correctly and assist others. Ensure all orders are accurate, timely, and meet DWCs quality expectations. Front-of-House Operations : Greeting customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process cash, card, and other transactions with precision. Answer customer questions, make recommendations, and resolve concerns courteously.Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members across all stations to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during busy periods. Support kitchen or front-of-house tasks as needed, contributing to a flexible, collaborative work environment. Equipment & Workstation Maintenance :
o\tSafely operate kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, knives) and maintain a clean, organized work area.
o\tKeep the cashier area tidy, stocked, and functioning properly. Compliance & Safety : Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling guidelines to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.
Qualifications : Customer-Focused : Passionate about delivering great experiences, whether through delicious food or excellent service. Experience : Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.Communication & Teamwork : Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to ensure smooth operations. Multitasking Ability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple responsibilities. Attention to Detail : Focused on accuracy, quality, and consistency in both food preparation and transactions.Work Conditions : Environment : Fast-paced restaurant setting with frequent use of kitchen equipment and customer interaction.
