Responsibilities :
The Freight Administrator works in conjunction with the Route Planner to ensure deliveries are effectively planned and scheduled to our customers. This includes load planning, order management, customer pre calling, and administrative support. The Freight Administrator reports to the Freight Manager.

- Make pre-calls and support load building / dispatching
- Be a champion of safety culture
- Driver payroll Mileage / hourly entry
- Process Trip envelopes
- Fleet PO entry support
- Driver performance filing support
- Driver DQ file filing support
- Process Trip envelopes
- Filing
- Incoming calls
- Support handling and distribution of CPU’s
- Print UPS and LTL and take to yard (3x per day)
- Maintain truck files
- Oversees driver trip documentation

High School Diploma or equivalent
