Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in music therapy from an accredited institution approved by American Music Therapy Association Must be board certified MT-BC Licensed and insured driver with ability to travel to client homes - mileage reimbursement provided Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal relations and organizational skills Ability to work independently Previous hospice experience preferred

We are seeking a Part-Time Music Therapist with geriatric or previous hospice experience for our Washington, Ozaukee, and Dodge County territories! Work approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment
- Provide individual patients music therapy using instrumental, vocal, or recorded music with goals to reduce physical symptoms of pain, agitation, and shortness of breath
- Complete documentation following each visit
- Adjust care plan as needed
- Participate in team meetings
