Coordinates with Faculty, Admissions, Legal Career Opportunities Program (LCOP), Character and Fitness Committees, and CSU|LAW administration to support development and implementation of admissions initiatives. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, education, or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under CSU’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.
Preferred Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school.Experience in law school admissions and working with and motivating diverse populations.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Knowledge of legal education and an ability to communicate the value proposition of a CSU|LAW education.Ability to examine and evaluate operations and improve operating strategies, systems, and procedures.Strong quantitative skills and the ability to analyze quantitative data.Ability to exercise judgement and leadership in working with students, faculty, staff, and external constituencies.Knowledge of budgeting and debt management principles.Ability to travel and work flexible and irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.Excellent problem-solving, organization, and planning skills.Proficient in written and verbal communication skills, the ability to make effective presentations, have strong public speaking skills, develop, and drive change and effectively communicate change.Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and tackle emergencies and difficult situations.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and work as an individual contributor and an effective team player, in addition to being highly organized, self-directed, and forward-thinking.Skilled in the use of integrated software systems, particularly customer relationship management (CRM) and there reporting tools and website content management systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.Requisition Number PT0703422S Date grant, position, or appointment expires (For Funds Available, Temporary, and Waiver of Posting Special Instructions to Applicants Applicant Instructions
