Job description

Customer Service Agent

We're looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Agent to join our team in East El Paso! If you enjoy helping people and want a steady schedule with great benefits, this is the opportunity for you.

Pay Rate : $14 / hour

Shift : 1 : 00 PM 10 : 00 PM (MondayFriday, occasional Saturdays)

Job Description :

  • Provides support with miscellaneous projects, filing and research paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.
  • Provides warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving and to ship orders.
  • Maintains excellent working relationship with customers by responding to inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts. Etc. in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Reports customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.
  • Acts as liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and the customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
  • Track and Trace files and reporting
  • Ensure arrival notices are communicated to customers
  • Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards
  • Deliver communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

    • Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar role / logistics field

    Interpersonal and customer service skills

    Analytical and problem-solving skills

    Multitasking and organizational skills

    Ability to answer a high volume of emails daily & work with a variety of systems

    Ability to share work among a customer service team

    Attentive to detail & Multi-tasker

    Excellent Time-management skills

    Must read, write, speak Spanish

    Fully proficient with various software applications (MS Word, MS Excel)

    Must be available to be flexible to work Saturday's if needed
