Account Manager

We're seeking a motivated sales professional to help grow our customer base and drive additional revenue. Your responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed revenue goals while upselling and expanding existing MSP accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong MSP customer relationships to reduce churn and increase retention.
  • Partner with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, SDR, Marketing, etc.) to develop and execute account strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to sell additional technology solutions and drive new revenue within MSP customer base.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales activity reports.
  • Great data hygiene is a must here, and you will be organising and process driven.
