Position Overview :

Are you a passionate Physical Therapist ready to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives? MLR.org is looking for a skilled and motivated PT to join our client's dynamic healthcare team, where your expertise will be highly appreciated and crucial in elevating the quality of care.

In this role, you'll work with a diverse range of patients, helping them restore mobility and improve their overall well-being through personalized therapy plans. You'll take the lead in patient care by performing detailed assessments, creating customized treatments, and delivering targeted, evidence-based therapies tailored to each individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventative measures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
Qualifications :
• Education :

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.

Valid California Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain one.
