Within the Ads Delivery team, we try to connect the dots between the aspirations of pinners and the products offered by our partners . As a Manager, you will lead a talented team of machine learning engineers, collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, designers, and engineers across the company to deliver impactful, end-to-end advertiser facing ad products.

What you'll do :

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for our ads intelligence products, shaping the future of advertiser experiences on Pinterest.
• Lead your team in building scalable products, applying state-of-art machine learning techniques to enhance ads intelligence at Pinterest, including budget allocation, media planning , campaign recommendations, lead generation, and churn prevention.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, designers and engineers across the company to deliver end-to-end advertiser facing ads products.
• Mentor and develop machine learning engineers at all levels, setting clear technical vision, guiding daily execution, and fostering a strong, healthy team culture.
• Establish and uphold high standards for code quality, system design, and operational excellence within your team.
