A company is looking for a Director of Information Security, Identity and Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team in the evolution and operationalization of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program

Develop and execute IAM strategies and initiatives to enhance workforce productivity and security posture

Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to influence technical and business projects to adopt IAM strategies

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in leading IAM programs and teams

Strong understanding of IAM technologies and best practices

Experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Relevant educational background in information security or a related field
