The Company
In-house marketing out-sourced. Harbinger Marketing serves our clients as their outsourced marketing department. We are a team of highly qualified designers, developers, copywriters, experts in social media, videography, photography, branding, and brand messaging. We have extensive experience and a strong track record in digital marketing through our use of search engine marketing, online advertising, review generation, listing management, social media, as well as other tools and techniques. Additionally, we are well-versed in traditional forms of advertising, everything from direct mail to local publication to radio. From designing, printing and delivering business cards and other printed materials, to managing the production of branded apparel, to negotiating placement rates with advertisers, to negotiating co-op-ed marketing dollars with our client’s suppliers and other partners–our team has done it all. We truly are a full-scale full-scope marketing department out-sourced.
Our clients essentially purchase a dedicated portion of our team’s skills, resources, and capacity as a one-stop marketing solutions product for their business.
Harbinger Marketing is looking to hire a “Digital Marketing Coordinator”
The Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator (DMC) is the direct point of contact for Marketing Directors (MDs) regarding all things digital for their partners. This role blends strategy, execution, and collaboration — driving results across advertising, SEO, analytics, and technical setup.
As a DMC, you’ll manage the full digital marketing ecosystem for assigned partners, ensuring that campaigns are strategic, cohesive, and performance-driven. You’ll collaborate with internal departments, coordinate with specialists, and take ownership of reporting, optimization, and partner communication — all while being supported through ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications :
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO tools.Familiarity with platforms like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Birdeye, and WordPress.Experience in local SEO, GMB management, or conversion rate optimization.Responsibilities :
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design, implement, and oversee digital marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), , and YouTube.Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to MDs and Ad Specialists.Ensure campaigns align with partner goals, follow best practices, and comply with platform regulations.Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to ensure campaign integration and consistency.Research market trends and present data-backed insights to improve campaign outcomes.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Audit and analyze performance across all digital platforms, identifying opportunities for optimization.Create detailed reports summarizing campaign metrics, performance trends, and key insights.Communicate findings proactively to MDs, highlighting results and next-step recommendations.Contribute to renewal and upsell conversations through performance data and audit summaries.SEO Strategy & Management
Partner with the SEO team to ensure delivery of SEO plans according to partner contracts and goals.Oversee keyword targeting, content optimization, and technical site audits.Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with the web team to address technical SEO issues.Technical Setup & Web Integration
Ensure all Google properties (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console) are properly configured and tracking accurately.Set up API keys (e.g., Google Maps) and assist with CRM integrations for form submissions and call tracking.Validate that conversion tracking functions correctly across websites and ad platforms.Troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking or integrations and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.Partner Onboarding & Coordination
Lead the setup and onboarding of digital platforms once partners share their properties (Google, Birdeye, CTM, etc.).Coordinate with all relevant internal teams to ensure setups are completed by the agreed go-live or website launch date.Create tutorials or walkthroughs to help partners understand and manage their digital platforms.Process & Innovation Contribution
Identify and recommend process improvements for digital marketing workflows and cross-department collaboration.Document key learnings, build internal playbooks, and contribute to ongoing operational refinement.Our Culture
