Job Description

As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol Financial in Jacksonville, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to all visitors and staff. Pay Rate : $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

  • Fri : 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
  • Sat : 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM
  • Sun : 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

    • What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution, including the building and perimeter areas, to help to deter suspicious activity and / or unauthorized access.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter potential threats within the location.
  • Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any unusual activities encountered during patrols.
  • Maintain continuous communication with Allied Universal management and / or local law enforcement as needed for escalation of incidents.
  • Uphold professional conduct and appearance while representing Allied Universal at the location.
  • Participate in ongoing training and maintain required certifications for armed security-related responsibilities.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • An armed guard card or license is required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • An armed guard card or license is preferred.

  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
