Our client in Lewis Center, OH is seeking a detail-oriented Commission Accountant to join their team. This role will focus on reviewing financials to determine commission payouts and requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and proficiency with QuickBooks. The position is fully onsite and ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and financial systems in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities :

Review financial statements and supporting documentation to accurately calculate commission payouts

Analyze and interpret financial data to ensure compliance with commission structures and policies

Utilize advanced Excel functions (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools) to organize and manage large data sets

Maintain and update records in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial transactions

Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies

Prepare reports and summaries for management review

Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications :

Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas

Experience with QuickBooks

At least 2 years of previous experience in accounting, finance, or commission calculation preferred

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Details :

Contract position (expected to last 1-2 months)

Onsite in Lewis Center, OH

Standard hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay Details : $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
