Emergency Department Director (RN)

About the Hospital and Department:

• Position will manage a growing 15 bed ED with over 25k annual visits and a team of 35 FTE's
• Well supported by a team of Charge Nurses
• Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer

Qualifications & Requirements for RN Director, Emergency Department:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required (Master's degree preferred)
• Active RN License
• 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
• 2+ years of ER leadership experience as an Emergency Department Manager or above
• Energetic and dynamic leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
• Demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience
