Job descriptionA-Level Technicians : Must be a diagnostic wizard, capable of tackling electrical and engine mysteries with confidence. B-Level Technicians : Should have a solid grasp of electrical diagnostics (like reading a wiring diagram) and be able to handle check-engine lights and performance issues. A long-term team player who values honesty, integrity, and collaboration. Someone who owns up to mistakes, learns, and grows. No shortcuts - we do things right for our customers, always. A clean & insurable driving record. ASE Certification is a big plus! Hybrid Pay Structure : Steady base + flat rate potential up to $1,800 per week.
