Job descriptionSend out proper paperwork for Nordic loads Send emails for all loads that are finished and loaded on Tip Top trailers as they are loaded. Send out shipping updates every 2 hours File all in-bound paperwork Keep track of all information for each truck load and input that information into the proper spread-sheets Keep track of inventory to make sure that product is being shipped out FIFO (first in, first out) Keep a constant line of communication between sales / truck coordinators if there are any issues with trucks being late or short Answer the phone whenever it rings in a very professional manner (i.e. Marietta shipping this is (insert name here)) Although this is a very stressful, demanding position, it is very important to keep a positive, upbeat attitude throughout the day. You have to be able and willing to work as a part of a team.
