The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for establishing and managing all human resources functions related to staffing, employee relations, employee activities, and ensuring compliance with policies and programs. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, overseeing the performance management process, employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy enforcement.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Leadership & Strategy

• Acts as a consultant / advisor for managers and employees regarding employee relations and performance issues through one-on-one, small group, and department meetings.
• Manages the performance evaluation program and succession planning to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
• Develops and implements management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and harassment.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state laws governing various aspects of human resources.

The approximate pay rate for this position is $105,000-$125,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
