We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our team in East Columbus on a contract basis. This dynamic role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a technical mindset.

• Create submittals and track their progress to approval.
• Manage documentation and upload details to contractor platforms
• Review PDF files for accuracy and completeness.
• Match data to data for technical accuracy.
• Task Follow Up and tracking, including RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Proficient with Adobe and work efficiently with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel (basic spreadsheets) and Word.
• Familiar with outbound communication with vendors and distributors
