Director of Finance Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Finance Operations to join their finance operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee accounts payable, payroll processing, and accounts receivable / collections activities

Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and banking relationships

Generate financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

7-10 years of experience managing Finance Operations functions

Knowledge of payroll laws and expertise in financial systems, preferably ADP

Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment

Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
