Job Description
The Reset Developer 1 is responsible for assisting in day to day operational resetting of outlets to Company specifications. Assume and maintain the overall outlet specification and procedures established by the Company.
What your day will look like :
Report to the plant or the reset location at the designated timeLoad Company vehicle with the supplies necessary to complete resetsMeet and greet customer and confirm why you are at this locationFollow the planogram given to you by the Reset ManagerPull and tag all credits for pick up by the driver for that accountCommunicate with sales leadership for that account about any concernsRefresh any point of sales that does not meet Company standardsAlways keep Rack room and office space neat and orderlyKeep Company vehicle neat, clean, and orderlyPerforms appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed :
Minimum age 18 years oldValid driver’s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policyPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policiesRegular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobAbility to read, write and speak EnglishAbility to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelinesAbility to maintain safety and security of Company assetsAbility to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyMinimum three (3) years bottler sales experience preferredHigh school diploma or general education degree; or 1 to 3 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceWeekend and night duty will be done based on prescribed activities assigned at the appropriate timesAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceAbility to communicate effectively with internal and external customersAbility to problem solvePhysical Requirements
Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program. Position is required to wear safety toed shoes when performing the following tasks : Operating Powered Industrial Equipment or Working in an Area where Powered Industrial Equipment is in use, Fleet Maintenance, Working with Palletized Product, Use of Hand Trucks / Dollies to Deliver Product, Cooler Services, etc.
