Position Details

Role : VPK Lead Teacher

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Pay : Starting at $17 / hour (based on experience and education)

Qualifications

To be considered, you'll need :

CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)

Completion of the 45-hour DCF training

Current First Aid & CPR certification

At least 2 years of experience in a licensed child care setting

VPK classroom experience required

What You'll Do

Create and lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with Florida VPK standards

Foster a safe and nurturing environment where children thrive

Build strong family connections , sharing progress and insights

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
