In this role, youll be at the center of Floridas intelligent transportation system, helping monitor traffic flow, respond to incidents, and support safe, efficient travel across our states highways.

What You'll Be Doing

As an RTMC Operator, youll :

• Monitor traffic conditions using live CCTV, dynamic message signs, and smart software
• Communicate with Road Rangers, law enforcement, and emergency response teams
• Log and report incidents in real time
• Help manage traffic flow and reduce congestion across Florida DOT District 7 roadways
• Support public safety through technology-driven response coordination
