Property Manager – Senior Tax Credit (LIHTC)

We are seeking a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and experienced Property Manager to oversee operations, optimize financial performance, and ensure an exceptional living experience for our residents.

Regular Schedule

Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, with occasional work outside of standard business hours as required by business needs.

Hourly Pay Range

$29.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Annual Clothing Allowance : $200 per year to be used at the Velair Clothing Store within the designated shopping period.

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy rates above 95% by implementing effective leasing and retention strategies.
• Maximize net operating income through proactive rent collection and cost management.
• Foster strong, professional relationships with residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and property management regulations.
• Lead and mentor your team in all aspects of property operations, including marketing and leasing, maintenance, program compliance, resident relations, and financial performance.
• Oversee the make-ready process to ensure units are move-in ready.
• Maintain the property's curb appeal and operational safety through routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Represent Velair professionally with a polished and business-appropriate appearance.
• Other duties as assigned.
