Overview
Spiked Wireless, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile, has immediate openings for Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Representatives . We are looking for passionate, competitive, and friendly people to join our retail teams. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will represent the Metro brand, meet with our amazing customers, and guide them through the phone and accessory buying process. In this role, you will work with your team to meet both your personal and company goals.
Compensation
- Strong hourly compensation coupled with a generous commission program allows you to make more than $20.00 per hour (All-in).

Day-to-Day Activities
Approach every customer that walks through the door with a goal of understanding their needs by asking good questions and listening.Exceed monthly revenue sales goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers' accounts to identify revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to outbound calling, community involvement, outreach programs, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store / retail location.Be a team player, work in a group environment, be open-minded to learning new things, and always treat customers / co-workers the way you'd like to be treated.Work with store management in opening and closing, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory count, and deposits as governed by operations control standards.Utilize all the tools that management provides to continually improve your knowledge of the products we offer and our phone's features.Maintain complete integrity, be dependable, show up on time every day, not bring personal problems to work, and help keep a clean, organized store.Qualifications
1+ years of sales experience (preferred), ideally in the wireless telecommunications industry.At minimum a high school diploma or GED.Excellent verbal communication skills.Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident, and have a winning attitude.The ability to multi-task and work with other teammates.Enjoys helping others and is extremely friendly.Has good decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet.Be coachable and willing to coach others.Bilingual is a plus.Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to work in the United States, have reliable transportation, and be willing and able to undergo a background check.Must be able to work nights and weekends.About Spiked Wireless
