Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Painters to join our team, specializing in residential and commercial painting projects. Our work includes both new construction and existing buildings, with a focus on interior walls and some exterior painting. Projects are located within a 40-mile radius of Milwaukee, and tasks include using brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint coatings to various facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting functions for industrial and commercial clients.
• Specialize in both new construction and existing building projects.
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint coatings.
• Execute airless spraying, brush and rolling techniques, including cutting in without tape.
• Utilize HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Ensure smooth, even finishes with keen attention to detail.
• Comply with safety procedures and use protective gear properly.
• Read and interpret blueprints or specifications.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Work on ladders, scaffolding, or in tight spaces, requiring physical stamina and dexterity.
• Coordinate with clients and other contractors using good communication skills.
• Solve problems and adapt to unexpected challenges on the job.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $26.00 / hr.
