• Rapidly assess and triage patients with a wide range of acute conditions\n
• Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as needed\n
• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and support staff in high-pressure situations\n
• Monitor and document changes in patient conditions using EHR systems\n
• Assist in trauma care, code situations, and critical patient stabilization\n
• Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and accurate records\n\nQualifications : \n
• Active RN license (North Carolina or compact eligible)\n
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, NIHSS and CPI certifications required\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent ED experience in a hospital setting\n
• Strong clinical skills in emergency and trauma care\n
• Ability to remain calm and focused in rapidly changing environments\n
