Overview

Oversee and manage the Balemaster maintenance team responsible for repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining manufacturing production machinery, including CNC machining centers, hydraulic equipment, cranes, and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities :

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all external regulations and internal policies.
• Proactively utilize preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Manage, direct, train, and mentor maintenance team members.
• Foster a culture of proactive, preventative maintenance throughout the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Working Conditions

Heavy industrial environment requiring PPE. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and operate machinery safely.
