Aim Higher ABA specializes in providing in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We pride ourselves on delivering expert assessments and compassionate care tailored to the needs of families.

In the role of a Behavior Technician, you will provide direct ABA therapy to families with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) .

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions in clients' homes or community schools.
• Implement skill acquisition programs utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
• Collect and maintain accurate data and submit session notes.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients during therapy sessions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
