Service Technician Apprentice

AC Corporation is now accepting applications for our HVAC Apprenticeship Program , an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while earning industry-recognized certifications. This state-approved program, developed in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Labor and the NC Community College System , is designed to train the next generation of skilled HVAC professionals. APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH JULY WITH EXPECTED START DATE OF AUGUST 11TH.

About the Apprenticeship Program

• Occupation : Commercial Heating & Air-Conditioner Service, Repair and Installation
• Program Length : 6,000 - 8,000 on-the-job training (OJT) hours (~3-4 years)
• Education : A.A.S. Degree in HVAC from a related educational institution in the North Carolina Community College System
• Program Approach : Hybrid model (combining competency-based and time-based learning)
• Wage Scale : Earn while you learn!

Start at $20 / hr with scheduled wage increases up to $25 / hr upon completion.
