Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Max Pay Rate: $25.95/hr W2
Duration: 2 years
Location: Remote (the candidate is required to attend meetings in PST)

Description:
Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives according to prescribed procedures.
Communicates with internal teams to request Quote Approval Requests with specific requirements.
Communicates with internal teams to clarify quotes requests, manage status of ongoing issues.
Communicates with internal organizations from sales, IT, services and business center for issue resolution and response.
Solves a broad range of service/support problems varying in scope and complexity.

Requirements:
The individual must have a dedicated work space to qualify for working remotely.
May require some higher education or specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typically, minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
Must have high proficiency in working with Windows OS and MS Office applications, specifically including Outlook and Excel.
Experience with database tracking and management systems.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with complex and time sensitive escalations.
Strong attention to details and exceptional organizational skills
Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions
