May be a specialist with depth and / or breadth of knowledge in their own discipline or field, or may be a specialist in Rolls-Royce's products and solutions and how they are differentiated from the competition.

Generates business benefits through the application of specialist technical knowledge within their immediate area of expertise.

Represents a critical resource to the "run and maintain" activity of a business, taking an active role in resolving current problems.

Supports other technical specialists to advance knowledge in their capability area.

What you will be doing :

With this attractive opportunity you'll get a chance to :

• Interact with customers to understand technical requirements & resolve issues
• Provide program management for individual part portfolio
• Troubleshoot manufacturing problems & root cause analysis
• Develop new, and refine existing investment casting product to reduce scrap, rework, and manufacturing costs
• Support manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery of product through all operations
• Work concurrently with customers to design components for castability
• Maintain customer relationships through joint resolution of issues
• Maintain and improve casting scrap and rework
• Improve casting profitability through cost reductions
• Achieve cost reduction through process improvements
• Develop and refine manufacturing work instructions
• Develop casting processes for new and existing products
• Assist in quotation of new products
• Achieve cost targets for development and production castings
• Establish and achieve milestones for casting development
• Guide and mentor other Manufacturing Engineers in the above activities

Pay Range : $110,476 - $179,524
