Responsibilities of a RN Supervisor :

Oversee staff to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care through proactive rounds

Address clinical needs of residents assist with admissions and clinical documentation as necessary

Liaison with residents and family members

All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements of a RN Supervisor :

Must have an active Certification as an RN in the state of NJ

2 years of nursing home experience in a supervisory capacity is required.
