Overview Ninyo & Moore, A SOCOTEC Company is seeking a Marketing Services Operations Coordinator to support marketing, business development, and project communications efforts. This role collaborates with corporate and branch teams to prepare materials and documentation across marketing channels.

Base pay range $30.00 / hr - $40.00 / hr

Responsibilities Collaborate with Corporate and branch office teams to prepare marketing materials, proposals and SF330 forms, presentation materials, technical resumes, and project write-ups

Assist with various marketing-related tasks as needed and maintain project documentation

Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Skilled in writing, editing, and content creation

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and departments

Capable of working independently when needed

Experience with a consulting firm performing similar duties is a plus

Preferred Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or business development for engineering, environmental consulting, or construction firms

Team-oriented mindset and willingness to lead or support firm initiatives

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Effective communicator with clear, concise writing ability

Strong editing and proofreading skills

Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple tasks

Enjoys a collaborative, engaging work environment
