About the Role

• Maintain and support servers, workstations, storage devices, and applications such as CAVOK, Clear-Com, Minotaur, VMWare, ChatSurfer, and more.
• Troubleshoot application performance issues and manage end-user devices, servers, and databases.
• Work with cutting-edge technology, including Microsoft and RHEL servers, VMware, SIPRNet, and other classified networks.
• Solve connectivity and outage issues under time constraints while installing and configuring new capabilities to operational environments.
• Apply logistics processes to ensure accountability for all IT equipment.

This fast-paced role requires a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team, with opportunities to enhance systems in a 24 / 7 operation that includes shift work and travel.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
