Clinical Trial Associate

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Associate to support clinical trial management and operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Support Clinical Trial Manager(s) in the execution of clinical trials and drive operational efficiency

Coordinate meetings, compile materials, and maintain accurate meeting minutes for stakeholders

Manage the Trial Master File and internal study files, ensuring proper documentation and compliance

Required Qualifications

B.S. / B.A. degree required; preference for science or healthcare-related fields

3+ years of relevant professional experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries

Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple priorities

Experience maintaining study trackers and knowledge of ICH / GCP guidelines

Minimal travel required (10% both international / domestic)
