Overview : Lakeside Foods is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support our benefits strategy, working with vendors, brokers, and internal teams to ensure our health and welfare plans are compliant and employee-focused.

What You'll Do

• Partner with internal teams and external consultants on plan renewals, implementation and compliance.
• Support benefit enrollment activities, including communication, employee education and system updates.
• Monitor legislative changes impacting benefit plans such as ACA, FMLA, state and local leave laws.
• Assist with compliance activities, including audits, data submission and calendar management.
• Analyze data and conduct audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Contribute to the development and support of wellness programs.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc data requests.
