Job Description : Our UX Researchers are a vital part of the design process at LexisNexis. As a part of our global UX team, they ensure our products are user-focused from the beginning through collaboration with product managers, technology leaders and UX designers on research strategy, determining the best study methodologies, and working directly with customers to gather feedback and insights. We're currently seeking a mid-level researcher to work with a senior researcher on our core products. Our global UX team is a passionate and diverse group of professionals, and we’d love to have you join our community.

Responsibilities

• Plan studies and conduct research studies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions.
• Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights.
• Clearly communicate recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products.
• Work with designers to iterate and test solutions.
• Keeps up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors.
• Recruits participants for studies.
