Main responsibilities :

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department. Monitor and control all established quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties and activities for the department. Support the day-to-day functions of the Frozen Foods operations. Embrace the Customer First strategy and encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others. Maintain proper inventory levels and keep waste and shrink low.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following :

High school education or equivalent preferred

Management experience preferred

Frozen food experience

Retail experience

Previous inventory management experience

Pay transparency language

Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include healthcare, sick pay, PTO / Vacation pay and retirement benefits (pension and / or 401(k) eligibility).
