As our Industrial Inside Sales Account Specialist, you’ll anchor the sales desk at our Walton Hills, OH facility—translating customer needs into accurate quotes, coordinating with production, and keeping conversations moving. What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Start by reviewing your sales pipeline in our ERP and prioritizing follow-ups on inquiries, quotes, and open opportunities.
  • Connect with existing and prospective B2B customers to understand requirements, clarify specifications, and build trust.
  • Collaborate closely with our manufacturing team to validate lead times, materials, and processes so customer needs are met effectively.
  • Prepare precise quotes—leveraging shop math, measurements, and blueprint details to ensure accuracy.
  • Research markets and industry trends to uncover fresh opportunities and stay ahead of shifts in demand.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service—from first contact through order handoff—while tracking every interaction.
  • Keep meticulous records of activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status to support reliable forecasting.

What You Bring

  • Proven inside sales experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, products, and workflow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in B2B conversations.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and goal-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; confident with basic computer skills.
  • Fluency in blueprint reading, shop math, and performing measurements to support accurate quoting.
  • Minimum education : High school diploma or GED.
